Lawful Methodology
All intelligence gathered by Kidon is obtained through legal means in every jurisdiction in which we operate. Before any operation commences, our legal team reviews the proposed methodology against applicable law, including privacy law, data protection regulations, and rules of evidence. We do not conduct illegal surveillance, entrapment, or any activity that would render intelligence inadmissible or expose our clients to liability.
Client Confidentiality
Every engagement is protected by strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client identities, case details, or outcomes, to the press, to third parties, or to other clients. The intelligence we gather belongs exclusively to the client who commissioned it. Kidon does not use client engagements for self-promotion without explicit written consent.
No Conflicts of Interest
Before accepting any engagement, Kidon conducts a conflict-of-interest review to ensure we are not simultaneously engaged by an adverse party. We maintain a strict policy against working both sides of any dispute.
